Pitch
Package A covers the pitch for the tent or caravan, and 2 adult. Package B covers the pitch for motor home + 2 adult+electricity. Quickstop is a package with pitch, 2 adult and electricity just for 1 night (arrival after 6pm h and departure before 10am h). For all access to the sanitation and other visitor facilities and to the swimming pool. Maximum capacity per pitch: 6 people and a car. Animals (excluding category 1 dogs) are permitted but must not be left on the pitch on their own: valid vaccination certificates must be presented on registration.
Rentings
All accommodation is fully equipped with crockery, blankets, undersheets (customers to provide sheets and pillowcases). Sheets may be hired on reservation or on request, €9.00 per set. Accommodation units are provided for the number of persons stated in the description of the various models. Any excess (exceptionally autho-rized by the manager of the campsite during the reservation) will be charged: €28 at week / per-son. You will be required to produce a civil liabi-lity certificate of insurance on arrival. You will be required to complete an inventory checklist on arrival (any discrepancies to be reported within 24 hours) and a joint inventory check will be performed on departure. Any losses will be sub-ject to an additional charge. Weekly charge €21 limited to one animal per unit.
Reservation & payment
For pitches, reservation only becomes effective on receipt of a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total charge plus €5 administration fee. The reser-vation payment should be sent as soon as pos-sible with this form duly completed, payable by postal order, or transfer, made out to LES ETANGS. The balance is payable on arrival.
For accommodation units, the reservation only becomes effective on receipt of a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total charge plus €5 admi-nistration fee, the balance to be paid 15 days before the date of arrival. The reservation pay-ment should be sent as soon as possible with this form duly completed, by postal order, or bank transfer. You will receive confirmation of your stay by return of post.
General conditions of hire
For pitches, the arrivals from 12 am and departures before 12 am. In the absence of being advised by telephone of any late arrival, the pitch shall become free 24 hours after the planned date of arrival and any deposits shall be forfeited. For accommodation units, arrivals are after Saturday 4pm and departures are before Saturday 11am in July and August, and by arrangement at other times. Min stray 3 nights on 1st, 8th may, Ascen-sion an Pentecôte week-ends. Minimum stay 3 nights on Pentecote week-end. For accommoda-tion units, a deposit of €350 will be requested on arrival and will be returned on departure, once the accommodation has been inspected. These deposits cover accommodation losses, breakages, damage and cleanliness. All campers are required to comply with site regulations under the penalty of immediate expulsion.
Tourist tax
Prices do not include compulsory tourist tax between July 1 and August 31 (€0.24/day/pers over 18 years, 2015 rate).
Cancellation
Cancellations must be informed in writing. If cancellation of your reser-vation in 30 days of arrival, all of the stay must be settled.If cancellation occurs between 30 and 60 days of arrival the deposit is kept. Before 60 days, 15€ set-up fees will be applied.It is recom-manded to sign an insurance cancellation.The insurance premium is be entirely paid to the re-servation of the stay and is not refundable.In case of disaster, you have to inform company in the next 5 days of disaster. The general complete conditions of cancellation are available on simple demand or available for consultation on line on our web site www.campinglesetangs.com The insurance cancellation and interruption of stay pays off the entire sums paid before the arrival to the stay and the amount of the stay not used in pro rata temporis in case of premature return. No refund will be made if the insurance cancellations not signed.You will not be entitled to reimburse-ment of deposits or any paid balances if you de-lay or shorten your stay.The total amount of the reserved stay shall remain due. The remittance of a deposit constitutes a firm commitment.
